Positive sign albeit a small one! Not yet factored into cap rates?? Likely because leasing good news is not even across and markets and losses still being taken and price discovery still on going in some parts of the market ...

Low consumption to GDP ratios will become an issue (geo)politically for other economies as well - particularly if they have persistent trade and current account surpluses ...

Challenge will be that 2% will not be enough ... matching the US @ 3.5% will be the new target ... then the gap isn't E40bn .... it's more like E250bn ... if countries don't step up then I am increasingly of the opinion that NATO will become
